We only accept returns under the following condition:
- Ripped or Damaged Items: If the product you received is torn, ripped, or damaged upon delivery.
Conditions for Returns
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of damage (e.g., photos) must be provided at the time of return initiation.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper use.
- Products that show signs of wear or alteration.
- Items that are not ripped or damaged.
2. Refund Policy
If your return request is approved, the refund process will begin:
- Refunds will be issued only for products that meet the return conditions.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approving the return.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you can opt for a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
